Xueying (Gil) He

Ms. Xueying (Gil) He supports clients throughout the M&A process, including financial analysis, preparation of transaction materials, buyer research and outreach, due diligence, and transaction execution. She has worked with entrepreneurs, private companies, and prospective acquirers across a range of industries and domestic and international transactions. In addition to her transaction responsibilities, she also works closely with the firm's leadership on business development, strategic initiatives, and the continued development of Versailles Global's market presence.

Ms. He is not new to mergers & acquisitions. In 2020, she did an internship with Versailles Group, where she learned and mastered the basics of M&A.

Ms. He earned a Master of Engineering Management from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Colorado. Her background combines finance, economics, analytics, research, and strategic management. While at Dartmouth, she interned at Plug Power, a NASDAQ company with almost $1 billion in annual revenues. At Plug Power, she integrated data from diverse systems with data cleansing and validation. She also developed Power BI dashboards for cross-functional team presentations to add data-powered insights.

Ms. He is originally from Beijing. She is fluent in Mandarin and English, which enhances Versailles Global's communication with its worldwide client base. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, photography, and tennis; she is also a foodie at heart and loves to explore diverse cuisines from around the world.
